1. Check-in & Check-out times:
Our Check-in time is 4pm and our Check-out time is 12pm (Noon). Should you wish for an early check-in or a late check-out, you can contact our Reception Team by dialling '0' on your bedroom phone.
Please note - these options have a limited availability and are subject to a first come, first serve basis and may be subject to an additional charge.
2. Room Charges:
Should you wish to charge items such as drinks, dinner etc. to your room, you must first leave a credit card pre-authorisation with our Reception Team, this will allow you to avail of our room charge facility for the duration of your stay.
If you do not have the room charge facility set up - you can still pay directly for any orders made to your room using cash or card.
3. Restaurant Breakfast Times:
Breakfast is served in our Restaurant on the Ground Floor - (Turn left as you exit the elavator and you will find the Restaurant on your left immediately after passing the reception desk)
Our Breakfast Times are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7AM - 10AM / Saturday & Sunday & Bank Holidays from 7.30AM - 10.30AM
If you are on a B&B rate for your stay our full breakfast buffet is included. If you are on a ROOM ONLY rate for your stay, you are still welcome to go to the Restaurant and pay for breakfast.
Please note: We cater for ALL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS for our breakfast offering including; Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Lactose Free.
4. Bistro Dining:
Our Bistro Carvery Lunch is available to all guests Monday to Friday from 12PM - 3PM. This menu includes a selection of hot & cold statrers, Carvery main courses, salads, sandwiches, desserts & also a childrens lunch menu. As this menu changes daily, you can find a copy in our Bistro or at our Reception Desk.
Our Evening Dining Bistro Menu is served daily Monday - Friday from 3PM - 9PM / Saturday 1PM - 9PM / Sunday 12.30PM - 9PM (last orders taken 15 minutes before end of service).

5. Room Service:
Our Daily Room Service Menu is available to order from Monday to Thursday 3PM - 9PM / Friday 3PM - 9PM / Saturday 1PM - 9PM / Sunday 12.30PM - 9PM. Please Note: There is a food service charge applied per room/per order of €5.

After service has concluded for the above menu and because we do not want any of our guests to go hungry, we have our Late Night Room Service Menu available to all of our guests. This is a reduced menu and is available for orders from 9PM - 5AM Monday to Sunday.

6. Drinks Menu:
Our full Bistro Drinks Menu is available to order to your room Monday to Sunday throughout the duration of normal bar hours (Sunday to Thursday 12 Noon - 11.30PM / Friday & Saturday (& Bank Holiday Sundays) 12 Noon - 12.30AM). Outside of these hours we still have a reduced selection of minerals, beers and wine available through reception & our night porter - Please Dial '0' for a list of what is currently available.

7. Residents Lounge
Our Residents Lounge is located on the ground floor of the hotel. On exiting the elavator, turn right and it is the last door on your left at the end of the corridor.
Our current Resident Lounge CLOSE TIMES are Sunday to Thursday 1AM / Friday, Saturdays & Bank Holiday Sundays 2AM.
*Please Note: These closing times are subject to change dependant on service requirements.
8. Laundry
Our hotel does provide a laundry service should you require it during the duration of your stay with us. This is not an internal hotel service as we outsource it to a local partner of the hotel.
Our Laundry Service is available Monday to Friday. If you have your laundry down to our reception desk by 9AM, we should have it back to you that same evening (approx. 6PM). (*No Laundry Service available at weekends, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays).
You will find your Laundry Bag located in you bedside locker - once filled you can leave it at Reception and we will get it sent out for you. A full bag of laundry costs €25 - incl. wash, dry & fold. Laundry charges are applied to your room bill and are to paid on departure. There is also a dry cleaning service available. These items are charged individually - for current prices, please see charge list provided with your laundry bag. These items are NOT guaranteed to be back the same day.
*Please note: We can not guarantee the same day return on your laundry - if you need it back in a hurry please contact Reception to see if it is possible.
9. Taxis & Bus Schedules
The vibrant city center of Galway is but a short ride away. If you would prefer to let loose and not worry about bringing the car or parking, the following options might be ideal for you instead.
Taxi Service - If you require a taxi our Reception Team will be more than happy to call one for you or book one in advance on your behalf - Just dial '0' on your bedroom phone. The average cost of a taxi from here into the city center is €14 - €16 (*Subject to change and traffic congestion)
Bus Service - If you would prefer to use the city's local bus service there is a convient bus stop located just to the right as you exit the main hotel entrance on the same side of the road as the hotel. The current one way bus ticket costs €1.90 per adult.

10. Galway Tour Company

We have partnered with the Galway Tour Company to make the organising of your next adventure even easier. From the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Kylemore Abbey and the Aran Islands - they're all but a click away.
Tickets for ALL of GALWAY TOUR COMPANY'S TOURS can be purchased from our Reception Team - Please Note: Tickects MUST be purchased the day before your tour. The tour company WILL collect you directly from the hotel but, please note, that drop off at the end of the tour is located in the city centre.

13. Disposal of Medical Implements
We are very aware that due to medical needs some of our guests will require to administer medications through the use of needles. In the interest of safety we would ask you not to dispose of these implements in the bins provided in your rooms but instead to dispose of them in the correct 'Sharps Box' that we have available at reception. If you need to dispose of a needle please let us know and we will promtly provide the sharps box to you in your room. Thank you.
14. Bedroom Fridges
Included in our new 'Signature' Room design is your very own fridge. Please note that this feature is directly connected with your room electrical slot (located on the wall just inside your bedroom door) and in order to keep your fridge running continuously throughout your stay, you MUST keep one of your room keys in this slot at ALL TIMES.
15. Fans
We are proud to be able to say that after our most recent 'Signature' refurbishments - all of our newly updated bedrooms now have air conditioning as standard. While this accounts for over 50% of our bedrooms, we still have more to do in the months to come. If you are not in one of our air conditioned rooms, we have a plug in FAN stored in your bedroom cupboard. Should you require any assistance in regards to your bedroom fan, please just dial '0' for our reception team and they will gladly help you.
